Event Registration

When you register for an event through Marathon Bunny:

• Registration Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the event organizer
• Event Changes: Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including dates, locations, and routes
• Event Cancellation: In case of event cancellation, refund policies are determined by the event organizer
• Participant Eligibility: You must meet all eligibility requirements specified by the event organizer
• Health and Safety: You participate at your own risk and must ensure you are physically capable of participating

Payment Terms

All payments made through our platform are subject to the following:

• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash at authorized locations
• All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees
• Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment providers

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Registration fees are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed
• Event organizers may specify their own refund policies, which will be clearly stated during registration
• In case of event cancellation by the organizer, refunds will be processed according to the organizer's policy
• Transfers to other participants may be allowed subject to the event organizer's approval and administrative fees
• Refund requests must be submitted through our official channels

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use our services at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Marathon Bunny, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
